Within your Budget
- Translations
$0.10 per word from sourced document. Minimum $ 20 per US Letter page.
- Legal Translations
$0.12 per word from sourced document. Minimum $20 per US Letter page.
- Certified Translations
Additional fee applies for the notarization of translator's signature. For current fees please check Oregon Notary Public Fee Schedule, OAR 160-100-0410.
- Interpreting
$50 per hour. All assignments carry a two hour minimum billing period. Assignments over two hours are billed in half-hour increments.
- Additional Costs
Additional costs can apply for travel expenses or taxes if applicable.
CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS
Oregon Notary Public
In the United States, in order to be considered a certified translation it has to have the following elements:
1. The source document (copy) in the original language.
2. The translated document in the target language.
3. An affidavit signed by the translator, with his or her signature notarized by a Notary Public, attesting that the translator believes the target language text to be an accurate and complete translation of the original language text.
